Dear Friends, Today, I'd like to nag you all about Politics.

As I'm sure you will all know, today is ELECTION DAY!

This means you have a choice. We can carry on as normal (and if you like normal, fine, vote Labour) or we can try and Change this country.

In Times where the world is on its knees, we have great opportunity to rebuild, or build anew, and this is why I'm voting Liberal Democrats

Britain is no longer the 'Great' Britain that it once was. Britain revolutionised the world in Victorian Times. The finest steel was manufactured in Brymbo, No longer. The Finest Trains were built in York, No Longer. The Finest Cars were built in Birmingham, no Longer. The Fastest Airliner in the world was built between us and the French. No Longer.

But you know what drove us to be Great? Innovation. We were smart enough to change the way things work. We did not revolutionise the world because we got dreary eyed about our past.

The Liberal Democrats want us to innovate again. They want us to convert old, redundant shipyards into places to BUILD new offshore wind turbines. They want to BUILD a high speed link from the South to the North, so that more than just London can enjoy Europe. The Liberal Democrats want to reduce our dependency on dirty aviation, taxing the plane, not the passengers, with money returned into reducing the Prices of clean Rail Transport.

To put this into an example: In 1989, Ford Motors bought Jaguar. Between 1989 and 2008, Jaguars had a 'British' Design and a 'British' Interior. Both looked fresh from 1960. In that period they made loss upon loss. In 2008 they introduced a steel-clad, aggressively-styled technology-laden masterpiece. In that first year of innovation, Jaguar made a profit. Make of that what you will.
